Jungle Tier List | Patch 11.4 | League of Legends

February 24, 2021 By loltierlist

In Jungle lol tier list review, we will analyze and find out what makes a few of these champions so strong in the current meta and why they hold so high in the tiers.

Jungle is one of the five positions you can play in League of Legends. Unlike other roles, the jungler will kill the jungle monsters to gain XP and gold. The jungler is known to gank and aid other lanes and help them catch off enemy laners who may have mis stepped and help in killing them to give your teammate an advantage. Here is the list we will be using today from our main site,  Tier List.

Jungle Tier List

The jungle tier list presented here consists of the current junglers which are in a good position and can perform well in your games based on their tier mentioned below. You can check out the main page for tier lists on other roles to know what champions are dominating in other lanes like Midlane and ADC and potentially learn the meta of all the lanes to synergize with your jungle pick.

S Tier

Nunu & Willump, Evelynn, Rammus, Elise, Skarner, Udyr, Hecarim, Kha’Zix, Rek’Sai, Ivern

A Tier

Fiddlesticks, Warwick, Amumu, Dr. Mundo, Poppy, Volibear, Sejuani, Viego, Ekko, Vi

B Tier

Olaf, Xin Zhao, Master Yi, Jax, Shaco, Trundle, Nocturne, Jarvan IV, Lee Sin, Gragas, Shyvana, Graves, Kayn, Zac, Taliyah

 Solo Queue Tier List

Tier 1 Jungle Tier Champions

Here we discuss on the best champions to play in the patch 11.4, and what makes them strive to become the top picks.

Kha’zix

The first champion we have in the S tier list is none other than Kha’zix. Kha’zix was pretty much permanently banned last patch. He is able to one-shot kill squishies and play around his evolved R. But this patch with increased isolation damage and Q buffs, he could do huge chunks of damage to tanks as well. The extra damage your W does to camps was removed which does slow down his clear speed a bit, which is fine since it was compromised with bonus damage elsewhere. However, due to lack of clear speed, we have noticed some people go Tiamat after the Warrior Enchantment so you may have to do that as well. But, overall still one of the best junglers in the game by far.

Best ADC

Warwick

Warwick has been redeemed overpowered by several high ranking junglers and also laners who are frustrated to play against him. But despite this, he has still to receive a single nerf to his kit. Since season 7, he was in a pretty good spot, and now with the rune changes he has definitely come to a better spot obviously. He can also do super well and do tons of damage without having to prioritize on any damage items. Celerity and waterwalking just synergizes so well with his kit. He has percent-health damage, and he is tanky, he has the ability to deal suppression. He does everything you want as a jungler, his clear-speed is good. He can lifesteal a lot, and he’s the perfect jungler with a kit to offer everything.

Trundle

We were debating as to whether he belongs in S tier or A tier, but ultimately decided him to place him in S tier. But we think for Solo Queue, he is definitely a bit weaker compared to the competitive scene. You do have to change up your playstyle a little bit when you’re playing Trundle jungle in Solo Queue. So a tip that we have regarding his playstyle is we would not recommend going the Zeke’s Convergence build unless your AD Carry gets ahead in the early game. You can do really well in Trundle Solo Queue Jungle by just building him with a more damage oriented build, the most common setup for that is  just going for Cinderhulk and going for a Titanic Hydra or a Trinity Force, it just really depends on the game and you really wanna switch up your build and get a few defensive items too and soak up all of the enemy’s damage and frontline the team fight for your team as a tank too. Overall, Trundle jungle is great with Press The Attack, he is able to proc it extremely quick with his Q and can outduel almost every jungler easily early game. He does fall off a little bit late game since he can get kited easily but you can use your pillar and other abilities around peeling for your team rather and help in getting turrets with his W which is one of best tower-destroying abilities for a jungler.

Graves

Graves is now in such a good state that he is picked or banned in most games. He rose up last patch and still continues to shine. It’s so difficult to play against him right now and he’s one of the best farmers, damage dealers and gold earners in the game for jungle which is a pretty brutal combo. He also just does not die that often to make it even worse and harder to catch mistakes from his side. Having those health buffs recently, he gets pretty tanky. The main thing about Graves is that, faster farming allows him to spend more time ganking than most of the junglers and being more active on the map which also leads to more items which just ultimately leads to him staying ahead of the game pace  and has more items and damage than the others. It is kind of the damage that he creates with a lead is a rule-bender, he doesn’t even need his laners to do anything when he ganks, he can kill them by himself.

Kayn

Kayn has been getting back in the picture a bit with recent changes and has been a fan favourite ever since his release. The strength of Kayn now is that you can transform much more earlier so do look for a bit more of early game pressure and once you have that early transformation you can have a bigger impact.

Top Tier List

Tier 2 Jungle Tier Champs

Here we discuss on the champions that are in a good spot to play in the patch 11.4 and as good as S tier but clearly not the best or not as popular as the above.

Shaco

Shaco is one of the strongest early game junglers in the game and has very creative pathing. He can start either of the buffs depending on which lane you want to snowball and because he has a ton of snowball potential as he takes ignite. The changes to Oracles Lens in this patch also helps a lot of these early game junglers because it helps Shaco a ton in pulling out these early successful ganks and killing the opponent laner so now he doesn’t have to care as much if he’s running over wards or not since the oracle’s would disable it for him while he goes in for a gank.

Xin Zhao

He’s becoming more top tier lately as patches go through, sometimes he can look useless though. For example, when he gets behind or his team does and you can’t really jump in, other times he’s really broken though, his buzz is insane. He can gank really well, he farms well and it’s that ultimate he has.. Unlike a lot of other melee carry champions, he can actually dive into a fight and survive pumping out that damage he has from items. AD Carries can’t even do much to him till later either, they have to get really close and it’s not safe. He can catch people, he can outjungle, he can win in a 1v1 scenario almost always, he can gank people, he can farm, he can do it all. The only trade off is that he will fall off as you get into the game more.

Sejuani

Her W has received some buffs making her viable and in a good spot again after a good period of time. There have been AP ratios added as well, 20% on the first swing and 60% on the second swing flay. Her freeze from E Permafrost has also gained the ability to freeze medium monsters, super-minions and siege minions, and probably the biggest buff of all, it has no cooldown now. Adding to this, it’s base damage has been increased and it’s AP ratio has been doubled from 30% to 60%. There are two ways to look into this, so her clear-speed has definitely become a lot better as you’ve got no cooldown on your freeze now, and the second part, the crazier part, is that you can have a silly amount of AP now pumped into your abilities now. This is probably one of the craziest and most relevant changes to have happened and it made Sejuani, a better jungler, more viable in other roles like Top Lane and probably even Middle and Support. She will definitely have a fun AP build to look into, and maybe even meta if it proves to be strong with the amount of AP thrown in. You should expect her to do a lot of damage because those ratios are really good and so it will be more bursty as well, which will be very noticable in her full combo.

Jax

Jax is basically Season 6 Elise. He has good crowd-control, he can duel anyone level 3 if played properly, he can dive people early game as well. Press The Attack is definitely the preferred rune on Jax jungle, you provide your team more damage and you don’t split push very often as Jax jungle, and you’re more focused on teamfights. He has a plenty of good perks making him a good jungler like – he has good damage, good clear speed, good initiation and he can just absorb a lot of damage as well with his ultimate wihch makes him a great jungler.

Mid Tier list

Rengar

Rengar is back in a good state as a jungler, but also has a higher skill cap than he used to have, definitely way more successful with higher elo players than he is in lowe elos. He as an incomparable snowball potential and his passive Bonetooth Stacking as well his ultimate does an insane amount of damage if you are even remotely ahead. You definitely need to be aware of matchups as well as have a good pathing if you intend to play him.

Lee Sin

Let’s talk about the world’s most popular jungler Lee Sin, he’s there if you want to play him, he got buffs to recently to help him out which gave him a bit more damage. High skill-capped, very flashy, very fun, but if you’re not very invested and well-versed in him and are trying to accomplish something like a goal rank like get to Platinum, or get to Gold then he’s not really the champion that you are looking for. But he’s definitely very rewarding if you can maximise his playstyle.

Xin Zhao

Xin Zhao is probably the best jungler you can play right now in 11.4 and to think that he was finally getting worse over the last few patches and then to come out this strong. First up, jungle changes, Xin lives to fight people and early game and that is what this jungle change kind of did improvise for him. This patch literally made his dream come true, people literally run into him trying to get the scuttle crab away from him or secure it for themselves and that is 100% what he wants, he’s just gonna kill you. Not only is he going to smack you up afterwards, but he will also take the scuttle and gain more gold and make that trade even worse for you. Also, it might not be as much of a buzz in your region, but Koreans play with Phase Rush normally and that also got a good buff in 11.4 making him much better early to mid game which again is where the scuttle crab fights happen. He can farm decently well, he can put up a good fight but he can take the crab very quickly with his knock-up as well. It’s kind of like when Xin is a busted early game jungler and you make the jungle all about early game, this is just what’s gonna happen. Statistics also support that he is the best jungler in any game before 20 minutes right now and he is decent mid game. The game has just really changed to be perfect for Xin, his keystone was buffed  as well, and this game is exactly what Xin wants to be in where he can find more fights and get more leads from it.

Kindred

Kindred have been buffed by Riot for 3 consecutive patches now so it’s no real surprise. This patch the W now heals again which massively improves their clearing in the jungle. So that’s going to mean that they can fight a bit more easily with more health. They can gank more as well, so it’s more what comes from having more health in the jungle if that makes sense. At the moment, Kindred has a really good early game after the changes, at least in Korea which probably means they were over buffed a little bit considering how well Kindred scales with stacks and that’s kind of the whole point of the champion. Now you have good damage, you have good dueling, good control in the jungle for crabs and objectives and you can contest all of that a lot more. The heal was Kindred’s kit originally but it was removed because it was a bit too powerful and Kindred was too strong, she was dominating the jungle and now funnily enough, it has been put back in. She’s going to be good again.

Skarner

Skarner would have been a S-tier pick in a couple of previous patches, he’s just not as good because of the current meta where we’re seeing a lot of disengagers like Janna and Lulu. Tank supports got nerfed in this patch as well so this has definitely made it a lot harder for Skarner to pull off ganks against them.

Tier 3 Jungle Tier Champs

These champs are in a fine state to play with but harder to do well than the other choices mentioned above, they can definitely still carry the game if you play them well enough.

Master Yi

Master Yi is definitely a very strong pick right now. The Bloodrazor Enchantment and Guinsoo’s rageblade combo on Master Yi just gives him an insanely good mid-game power spike and if the enemy team does not have a lot of crowd control to lock him down then he can just completely take over a game. But like the Skarner pick he definitely struggles a lot against those disengage champions just because he needs get up close and needs to auto-attack to deal most of his damage. So, blind-picking Yi is definitely not the best decision, especially in the higher ranks but he can definitely be a good strong champion in the lower elos.

Wukong

Wukong is definitely one of the really good junglers out there in 11.4. He’s able to deal really well with the new jungle changes apparently and he likes fighting more which was the incentive of this hange anyway, you pick this champion to kill people than anything else. He scales with items insanely well and his winrate spikes at 3+ items more than anything else, which is not really that normal for a jungler. We are going around 40 lethality or Armor Penetration anyways and also picking up Mobility Boots in situations when we are ahead so you can move around the map a bit more and have better presence and you can stealth in longer distances with the bonus movement speed and actually get on top of somebody before the duration of your stealth ends. It’s actually been getting better for him since the Tabi nerfs a few patches ago, so it isn’t just now where he is a good choice but has been moving up further. He does decently well early game and does have a lot of damage and can outplay people with his stealth and other shenanigans. But teamfights are really what you want and where Wukong shines, you jump in and activate your duskblade on somebody then you use your ultimate and it is game over. They will most likely insta-die. One of the reasons we really mention Wukong right now is because he is such a good low-elo jungler right now, a true carry jungler as well who is a ton better in 11.4. His winrates since this patch dropped in Korea has been the highest every single day in Bronze, Silver and Gold. If you’re looking to do a bit more of an impact in a game yourself, Wukong will help you carry and do that 100%.

Nocturne

After having a couple of buffs throughout patches this year, Nocturne has returned to the rift in a good state. However, he still suffers from the same downside that he is a dive champion, and if you don’t get ahead you’re simply launching yourself into the enemy team and you get blown up especially if the enemy team is filled with tanks and crowd control.

Rek’sai

Rek’sai is still a pretty strong and unique champion with different pathings. She is an early and mid game focused jungler and the usage of tunnels, as well as auto-cancels and smooth rotations, is important in her success which is why still recommended in B-tier. But it’s more of how to close out games quickly with Rek’sai as well as using your tunnels and pathing to exert insane amount of pressure on specifically bot lane, over the wall ganking is what makes Rek’sai a more difficult pick compared to others.

Final Words:

This was an analysis done on jungle tier list champions to evaluate their positions in the tier list and to find out the reason why they hold their place. Hope you understood and learned something new from this, as that is our main goal here to help you understand more about this game and to improve through knowledge. Thank You For Reading!

Mid lane Tier list | Patch 11.4 | League of Legends

February 24, 2021 By loltierlist

In this review, we will analyse a few mid lane champions that are doing amazing in this patch 11.4 and can solo carry your game insanely!

Mid is one of the five positions you can play in League of Legends. A champion in the Mid Lane needs to have good wave clear abilities, high damage or engages to be viable in the current state of the game, they are the other solo lane after top, which can carry the game insanely hard if fed and depending on how good you play!. Here is the list we will be using today from our main site,  LOL Tier List .

Mid lane Tier list

The mid tier list shown below will give you an insight on what champions are doing great and can help you win easily in your games by carrying your team mates! You can check out the main page for tier lists on other roles to know what champions are dominating in other lanes like Top lane and ADC and know what is happening in the other lanes so you can make a pick to combo with their picks and synergize.

S Tier

Annie, Galio, Anivia, Kassadin, Katarina, Pantheon, Malzahar, Fizz, Viktor, Sepaphine, Ekko, Neeko

A Tier

Kayle, Morgana, Swain, Malphite, Orianna, Brand, Lux, Ahri, Ziggs, Diana, Yasuo, Vel’koz, Zed, Yone

B Tier

Twisted Fate, LeBlanc, Vladimir, Veigar, Cassiopeia, Talon, Xerath, Lissandra, Syndra, Zoe, Azir, Sylas, Pyke

LOL Tier 1 Champions

Now let us look at the top mid laner picks of patch 11.4.

Cassiopeia

Cassiopeia is an amazing pick this patch and actually in the perfect position and probably the best top tier pick of this patch. She does a really good amount of damage the more she scales and her abilities are really good in maintaining zone control amongst your opponent, she has a lot of tools present in her kit and can be brutal if she plays it right. Now is probably a picture perfect meta for her since games are shorter and she doesn’t have to pick the double scaling item build for a better late game and can rather go for Archangel’s and skip Rod of Ages. The benefit of doing this is this allows her to get her other pure damage items or situational defensive items faster giving her a much stronger and devastating mid game where she can abuse her power on her enemies. She is 100% the best pick on this patch if you want to play a lane-bully champ with tools to be able to make extremely high risk – high reward plays.

Jungle Tier List

Top Lane Tier List

Support Tier List

Taliyah

Taliyah has always been a strong contender in the mid lane but now is her time to shine because of the lane pushing meta and then roaming to others. This makes her perfect for this because of her clearly straightforward abilities focused at instant waveclear. She has very good and strong tools in her kit making her play very versatile and it is upto you on how you play her. She can set up ganks with ease because of her W and can also help roam with her amazing ultimate allowing her to travel the summoner’s rift by creating terrain across the map! This terrain can also be used to zone of enemies or trap them. All in all, Taliyah is very reliable in team fights and strong in the same time, making this a cookie cutter patch for her.

Twisted Fate

Grasp of the Undying Twisted Fate is incredibly popular in Korea right now. Nobody knows who exactly started this, but a lot of Korean challengers are doing it right now and it’s being used more and more. Grasp adds a heal as well as some damage onto your trades. So for melee matchups or matchups with weaker waveclear where you can actually hit them often, it does make a lot of sense. For example, you should never use it against a champion like Xerath, you’re never going to get close to him but against a Zed or an Ekko, it works really well. It will let you survive lane a bit easier, have more lane control, bully a little bit harder and the entire time you’re stacking up more permanent health on top. It does have reduced damage from ranged champions, but because you can activate it so much more often, it makes up for it which is the entire idea of the damage reduction anyway. Arcane Comet is going to do much more for your bursts, definitely agree, but it does have a long cooldown in lane and grasp of the undying does not. Grasp of the undying also lets you go into resolve which isn’t all bad since it lets you take runes like Bone Plating, you could take Chrysalis and you can take Overgrowth. You will gain a lot of extra health, throughout the entire game with this setup and it will be a lot harder to kill. You’re not losing that much damage even though it seems weird. You’re going to be getting Rod of Ages for more health and the rest of your items are full damage, that where a lot of it comes from anyway. Twisted Fate is a god early game with his roaming, especially when early leads mean a bit more in the current state of the game as well as the change to towers where they take more damage from AP. So Lich Bane is going to sting even more. This setup is really good when you can constantly activate it, if you can’t, you should stick to Arcane Comet but either way Twisted Fate is a really good pick right now.

LOL Tier 2 Champ

Let’s talk about this A tier champion that is in a shining ray of light but not as bright as the S tier picks.

Anivia

Anivia has come to become a meta pick after being a fine pick for a long time. She has even been picked competitively due to the shove and roam meta. This is good for Anivia as she is perfect pick for shoving and pushing lane as quick as possible. Also lets her help her allies well with her terrain creative ability allowing her to set up ganks and skirmishes extremely well by trapping enemies in a place and almost assuring a kill if the enemies do not have a flash. We feel that she’s still a situational champ right now and not as good as the others suggested. She still has her unique strengths as a champion and doesn’t have to be the best to win your games. Your well-versed experience on her could be more than enough as she has very good unexploitable strengths if played perfectly.

Irelia

Irelia mid has been a common sight to see in the recent MSI and also Faker’s pocket-pick for a little while, he plays it all the time in solo-queue whenever he can, but this patch is really leaking it to other elos as well. We saw her stomp really hard in MSI, it was really good. She is so mobile and can nuke midlaners down really quickly. Irelia is really busted honestly and we think once you pick her and learn her she can be even stronger than she already is. So, you can pick her up and you can play her, she will be decent. But once you learn her, she will be really strong. Her job is basically to do well in laning phase and try winning it and jump around a lot and have that mobility and get on top of somebody. With her new mark and stun system, that becomes a lot easier. You have a lot more potential to catch people and to burst them. It’s pretty tough to gank an Irelia as a jungler as well, she can jump around and the fact that she can use her Q over and over to gain amazing mobility is kind of ridiculous. It’s not just a good laning phase either, her teamfight is so much better after her rework, her ultimate is massive. In Korea, her winrate is at the peak mostly after 3 items, which are normally Trinity Force, Sterak’s Gage and Guardian’s Angel which is a brutal combo. She gains more survivability and her burst is through the roof. There is nothing weird about her rune setup as well, it is pretty generic and typical. Death’s Dance is the only item that has been gaining popularity over patches so that is something you might want to try a bit more. Zoe might be a hard matchup for her but other than that she should not face much difficulties against others and does pretty well against other melee matchups as well, like Zed or Talon. Irelia is a really fun pick to play in the midlane and you will get better over the more you play her and she can burst really hard and control the lane and have a monstrous teamfight in summary.

Ekko

Ekko is also performing really well right now, makes sense since assassins are going to be everywhere right now. He was actually in a pretty bad spot right now, but now he has shot up from near the bottom of good mid lane champs to top 10. Ekko is seen commonly with Teleport in Korea which is actually quite interesting since most other assassins need their ignite. This is really good for countering plays around the map. Ekko’s winrate is much higher with Teleport than with ignite currently as well. In Korea, they don’t use it to get back to lane at most times. They save it and use it against ganks and turn them.

Lux

It was only a matter of time before Lux became good again with the huge number of buffs and adjustments she’s been getting recently, you had the ultimate rework to start with and then the buff to that and now we had a bunch of buffs this patch. She isn’t broken or an insane pick at the moment but she is way more powerful and winning a lot more now. She’s always been quite popular, she’s kind of been like the Lee Sin or the Kha’zix of the midlane since everybody wants to play her making her have a good playrate and her damage is actually high. She is better in what she does now, she can get more picks often with the binds and her E doesn’t seem to hard to hit either even after the changes. Having a better shield helps her laning phase way more than we expected, she can block more damage while on her own. Champions like these are so good, by which we mean poke champions in solo queue especially at lower ranks. You’ve gotta dive on her to punish her really and actually stop her from poking but if you sit back, she will poke and eventually hit her combo  and kill somebody on your team.

LOL Tier 3 Champ

Here we evaluate on this midlane champ that is in a fine state to play but could be much more stronger and impactful compared to how they used to be and choices mentioned above are just much easier to cause the same impact with.

Karma

Karma is a very versatile pick if you see in our other tierlist reviews as well. Mainly because of her high base damages and also the good scalings she has on her abilities with AP items. She is one of the perfect users for the new manaflow band and her kit synergizes with it extremely well. Her Mantra + Q combo is her main poke ability and deals a ton of damage. She has insanely good waveclear and can also help in creating scenarios for ganks and aiding in skirmishes with her team oriented kit. She is definitely not as good as she used to be previously mainly because of nerfs she has received overtime because of how oppressive she used to be and offered zero counterplay making her a rare appearance in mid lane tier compared to previous seasons. She has a sustain built up in her kit which is a good tool to have for staying in lane long and also can create environments where enemies are in a sticky position extremely easy. She doesn’t scale as great as her counterparts but since games are getting over pretty quickly, you aren’t running over scaling issues with her and can maintain your lead without worrying of it all fall down like a ticking time bomb.

Best ADC Tier List

We hope Mid Tier list was able to help you understand more about the mid meta currently going on and lets you go ahead and carry in your games and also your team when they play badly. Check out our other lists and reviews on them to know what is going on in the other lanes. Thank you for reading and have a nice day.

ADC Tier List | Patch 11.4 | League of Legends

February 24, 2021 By loltierlist

Let’s check out why a few of these ADC champions in our tier list are doing so well and how they are being so dominant in this meta, you should definitely consider picking some of these up in your games to carry your games pretty hard!

ADC is one of the five positions you can play in League of Legends with the help of ADC tier list. An ADC stays in the bot lane with a support being the only duo lane in the whole game of league. A champion in the ADC needs to have good wave clear abilities, high damage and good abilities to peel for itself to be viable in the current state of the game, they play their lane with a support champion which aids them in the lane until they are strong enough, they have the most impact in the game right now without doubt and can carry the game insanely hard if fed and depending on how good you play!. Here is the list we will be using today from our main site, league of legends tier list.

ADC LOL Tier List

The ADC tier list shown below will give you an oulook on what champions are doing great and can help you win easily in your games if you play well! You can check out the main page for tier lists on other roles to know what champions are dominating in other lanes like Top lane and Mid lane and know what is happening in the other lanes so you can make a pick to synergize along with the team.

S Tier

Tristana, Miss Fortune, Ashe, Swain, Vayne, Kai’sa, Seraphine, jhin, Jinx Senna

A Tier

Sivir, Twitch, Caitlyn, Heimerdinger, Kog’maw, Varus, Viktor, Lucian

B Tier

Ezreal, Ziggs, Draven, Yasuo, Samira, Kalista, Xayah, Aphelios

Tier 1 LOL Tier Champions

Let’s discuss on the best adc laner picks of patch 11.4.

Twitch

Twitch is an incredible pick this patch and has been a good pick almost always even after receiving some nerfs a couple patches ago. His kit is extremely unique for an top ADC tier list and making him one of the most dominant playstyles later into the game if played right. His laning phase is not as strong some other champs but farming it up for the inevitable powerspikes later on into the game is much more valuable. Also since tank meta has settled down a bit, atleast in junglers, Twitch gets to focus a build path purely on crit and damage and doesnt have to detour to get an armor pen item until the very end. Ultimate Twitch is a very skill-reliant champion and you can only abuse his strengths if you are a good ADC player skilled enough to play him.

Jungle Tier List

Kai’sa

Kai’sa came out as an extremely weak champion, but was buffed out very hard making her the highest winrate champ at one point of the patch. Even after receiving a few deserved nerfs, Kai’sa is still an insanely strong champ, and after a couple of items is probably strong enough to 1v1 any ADC if they are in same standing, her 5 hit passive which stacks with CC is also extremely helpful to let her dish out tons of damage in teamfights. And her mobility is insane and very frustrating to play against in most cases, she has a dash which could be used in an extremely long range to catch an enemy or to just reposition in teamfights from a sticky place. Meanwhile her other ability allowing her to boost her movement speed for a short time and then giving her an attack speed boost. With enough attack speed, she gains invisibility while zooming through. Kai’sa’s other abilities also have extremely strong scalings and let her contribute a lot of damage in teamfights not only AD but even a bit of AP making her deal good mixed damage.

Mordekaiser

The Mordekaiser craze that is sweeping the entire Korean server, especially because of it’s popularity in LCK as well. We’ve seen it a bunch of times in several pro matches, they’ve been playing it all the time and now it is spreading. Now of course we’re talking about Mordekaiser as a botlaner so it takes the AD Carry role and is an exceptionally good early game champion for botlane, pretty much ignores the enemy AD Carry and sustains through everything you can hit him with and then he kills you. Seems like it’s a bit exaggerated but honestly it’s quite true. Like they normally run double targon’s brace for this anyways, so they have the double sustain there then he runs guardian, bone plating and chrysalis for more damage absorption and also revitalize for more healing, and even ninja tabis on top of that. He’s going to look to build health first with Rylais which also grants the slow. He becomes a very hard to kill botlaner and is not difficult for him to kill you either. Your strongest point is definitely early game to mid game, you abuse the lead that you get in laning phase. You kill the enemy AD a few times, you dive them if possible and you’re going to have an aggressive support with you. This is the other part, we haven’t really talked about but having something like an Alistar, a Blitzcrank and anything that can really set you up, even a Pyke for example are really good with Mordekaiser, it’s not longer a cheese lane to be honest, Mordekaiser botlane is one of the best botlanes you can play.

Top Lane Tier List

Tier 2 LOL Tier Champ

Let’s talk about this A tier champion that is in a shining ray of light but not as bright as the S tier picks.

Jhin

Jhin has spiked up a lot since the marksmen changes and is one of the best marksmen you can play bot lane over in Korea. When Stormrazor was introduced, everybody thought it would be broken. But the damage was bugged and they fixed and it got a lot better, and now he is back apparently. Stormrazor into rapid firecannon and then an Infinity Edge after that is a brutal combo. A long-range guaranteed crit that will also do some true damage on top of that at the same time is really good for poking. He doesn’t do that well against non-marksmen lanes, like a Mordekaiser or Yasuo are going to be a lot harder for him to actually against. Korean Jhins mostly use Fleet Footwork though just like before, but actually Hail of Blades looks really good on him. It’s not used a ton, but when it is, it definitely wins a lot and it’s getting more popular as well as the patch goes on. The attack speed you get for the first three hits gives you a ton of raw AD because of your passive and that is why it works.

Swain

Swain is probably the best champion you can play in the carry role bot lane better than any AD Carry if played properly. It may sound really weird but Swain is so hard to play against as a bot laner. He has the crowd Control, he has the healing, he has the damage and he’s not even that easy to kill which is made worse when you put a support next to him. Getting near him is kind of dangerous, but you have to if you want to fight him. In Korea, he has a positive win rate versus every single bot laner this patch. Jhin seems to be the only one who can stand his ground and not get completely smashed. It obviously isn’t just Swain, but the support meta is Engage & Damage at the moment which means they just hold you in place while Swain pummeled you down. They also run Phase Rush most of the time. It’s actually a really cool rune page, they go Nimbus Cloak, Celerity and Phase Rush together. It’s pretty clever, you activate your ultimate and get your Nimbus Cloak Movement Speed to get close, then you do some damage to them and Phase Rush is going to activate afterwards to stay closer and the whole time your damage will be increasing even more because Celerity is increasing your AP based on movement speed(16% AP increase is A TON). They also get a lot of penetration in here which helps bot lane. Rod of Ages and Zhonya’s Hourglass are your core, but then Sorcery Boots and Morellonomicon will rip AD Carry marksmen. AD Carry marksmen don’t really buy magic resist to block it. So you’re just going to get through it easily.

Ezreal

So, the double tear ezreal build that has recently peaked popularity after being picked in MSI makes him a lot better in our opinion, easier and fun to play as well and you don’t have to end the game as fast. Although some games where you don’t perform as well, and fall behind, it will feel really bad because you’ve got even longer stacking on those tears so you don’t get your manamune as fast and you’re not gonna get your Archangels stacked either. As long as you can get a few Klepto procs though, some gold from that and get yourself a manamune early, this build works really well and you’ll have basically your muramana transformed by the time you get Archangels. It makes your Q hit much harder with more AP and AD scaling, and makes it hit harder with your increased mana limit as well. Plus you get a massive shield to protect yourself, there’s always the same issue with Ezreal where you wont scale as hard as other AD Carries. But you’re picking him to get your core items a bit faster, have a good early to mid game and keep up with the others.

Tier 3 LOL Tier Champ

Now let’s talk about the midlane champ that is in a fine state to play but could be much more stronger and impactful compared to how he used to be and choices mentioned above are just much easier to cause the same impact with.

Lucian

Lucian was an overpowered champion for the longest of times and was an extremely meta pick for the same reason. Lucian’s current strength is only his strong laning phase, probably one of the strongest out of all ADCs. His early game harrass is extremely strong and can’t be dueled on till later into the game. Lucian can also maintain his lead till the midgame and setback his opponents until they scale him later. Lucian right now, in his current state would only do well in the hands of experienced Lucian players who know his strengths and weaknesses and how to abuse them.

Mid Tier list

Final Words

This was an insight on what are the best ADC champs doing right now, we definitely hope you are able to understand more about the game through this. You should, without a doubt check out our other lane reviews to know about their states. All in all, hope you’re able to gain some additional knowledge on the game through this and it helps you in gaining them wins. Thank you and have a nice day.

Top Lane Tier List | Patch 11.4 | League of Legends

February 24, 2021 By loltierlist

In top tier list review, let’s check why a few of these top lane champions are doing so well in the current meta and evaluate their position in the tier list.

Top  is one of the five positions you can play in League of Legends with the help of top tier list. A champion in the Top Lane needs to have high survivability, high damage or engages to be viable in the current meta, they are one of the solo lanes that can affect the game in a considerable amount based on their performance, but due to a lot of game changes the focus has shifted to other positions and players and has made top lane a bit less important in terms of relevancy in a game. Here is the list we will be using today from our main site,  lol champion tier list .

Top Lane LoL Tier List

The top lane tier list shown below gives you an outlook on the current champions that are doing great based on their tier mentioned. You can check out the main page for tier lists on other roles to know what champions are dominating in other lanes like Midlane and ADC and learn the meta of all the lanes so you can adjust your pick with the other laners to have good synergy and bonds.

S Tier

Sion, Cho’gath, Malphite, Wukong, Nasus, Garen, Shen, Darius, Gnar

A Tier

Urgot, Kayle, Teemo, Jax, Maokai, Poppy, Pantheon, Riven, Volibear, Fiora, Camille, Kled, Ornn, Sett

B Tier

Trydamere, Singed, Renekton, Gragas, Mordkaiser, Yorick, Akali, Kennen, Rengar, Quinn, Viego, Aatrox, Illaoi

Tier 1 Champions

Here we look at the best top lane picks of patch 11.4 and give reasoning on their position in the tier.

Camille

Camille is an excellent pick as a bruiser champ, and she also has a lot of tools in her kit that help her in several ways. She has a self heal, a stun, a boost of movement speed on her Q, an attack speed boost on her stun ability, and a lock in ability like Jarvan where she marks a specific champion inside a specific place for a good amount of time. The reason she is top tier is because she is extremely strong in her laning phase compared to before and the new runes in season have worked out extremely well for her making her probably the best bruiser in the game with good splitpushing power and teamfight potential. She is able to gain leads extremely easily in lane if played right and gives very small opening for the enemy to act on. Comet allows her to poke constantly for a great deal of damage in lane while also providing sustain and other abilities maintain her strong prowess.

Support Tier List

Sion

Sion is in a good spot right now for the same reason as Camille, he is able to poke endlessly and harrass and deal a good amount of damage and his tankiness makes it very hard to die and very forgiving in terms of mispositioning. Although, sometimes dying is recommended as this champion’s passive turns him into a horror zombie after death that deals a good chunk of damage as it runs towards the enemy with high amount of speed often forcing the enemy’s summoner spells like Flash or Heal to survive Sion’s incoming slaughter. He too has extremely good synergy with Comet, and thus deals an astonishing amount of damage early into the game. His abilities bring a lot of CC, and help a lot in teamfights helping him synergize with champions like Nami which can land follow up Crowd Control on the enemy with ease.

Quinn

She is so busted right now. You can play her bot lane, mid lane, top lane, probably in the jungle too. Top is kind of her home for now though and also where she does best. The new AD carry items are better than before for her at least. They take the whole movement speed thing to another level with phase rush as Celerity gives more AD now as well but even water-walking. The thing with Quinn is you don’t fall off as hard now either, like you’re definitely really good at early game but you can still run around and one shot throughout the game, as kind of like an assassin. If you’re playing her bot lane, her blind is insane. As long as you can hit it of course, it’s such a good counter to AD Carry’s. Especially since, you can burst them, you can hunt them down. They’re kind of like you’re primary target. Wherever you play her now though, you do not have to worry much about other people picking her. Like most people don’t like her. They won’t play her much anyway so you stand a really good chance of getting her every single game, which to be honest is even better if you want to abuse the pick for now.

Top Tier ADC

Tier 2 Champs

Here we discuss on one of the A tier champion that is in a good spot and are great over all but clearly not as much as the S tier champions.

Morderkaiser

Mordekaiser has received a good amount of help indirectly through changes to the items to AP champions. It has definitely helped out Mordekaiser in a big way in recent patches and made him a strong champion in the lower elos, he has a good bit of everything in his kit, a heal, harrass/poke ability, a shield, a situational speed boost, and the ability to take away good chunks of his enemy’s health if allowed to. He is also this champion that’s really simple and very oppressive combined with Rune Keystones like Aery, if you dedicate some time in learning him and the way he rotates inside the game and around the map based on controlling objectives such as Dragons which on killing grant him his own pet dragon to travel with him is a huge perk. Learning how to properly build him, and then learn how to play out and bully some of his matchups is also a needed skill when you play in the toplane, he is going to be a champion that will probably get you a lot of wins because of his rarity and people just dont expect the amount of impact he can do and his damage or his heal.

Yorick

The new sterak’s is doing amazing for him, it’s amazing for a lot of bruisers actually but it still works with trinity force which is a standard in his build that gives him some burst and give him some defense. It’s not increasing the damage on activation of sheen anymore but it still increases your damage. The buff he got to his Q must have helped this as well, his Q can now be used more often so he’s going to be healing for more, getting more sheen procs and more damage output. It’s kind of weird though, since such a small change could have given him such a boost in charts. From barely in the top 30 over in Korea in the top lane champions and now he’s going to be top 2. Yorick’s early game power has always been really good and now his mid game and late game has tuned to be better. Yorick can be a monster champion and the best part about this is if it works at higher ranks in Korea, then it 100% runs well at even lower ranks making him even better. He is a low elo killing machine, just jump on that and have some free wins.

Poppy

Most people in Korea run a very damage-heavy version in the runes with Aery which lets her poke with her passive as often as possible and also her Q. Using her right now is sort of a bruiser counter, there are a lot of matchups where she can match the damage and sustain with bruisers right now. Riot has this new obsession with giving toplaners a lot of mobility, which poppy can counter with her W, rendering any dashes useless. Fiora, Camille, Jax, Renekton are really good examples of champions that Poppy can stop and make them a lot weaker just because they cannot jump around. Even though, Poppy is a tank, she still follows the same curve of winning earlier  into the game mostly because she can shut down most of these guys in the laning phase. Having a tank ready as some engage and a frontline is really good for soloqueue at the moment if you can contain a carry pick in lane and not get put behind which is exactly what poppy does.

Jungle Tier List

Tier 3 Champs

Here we evaluate on this toplane champ that are in a fine state to play but not as strong and impactful as they used to be and choices mentioned above are just easier to cause the same impact with.

Karma

Karma is a niche and unpopular pick in the toplane. Mainly because she is built and played in a playstyle different to what she is supposed to be played like, which is an AP mage or support and rather played as a tank with huge amount of mana and likes to abuse her base power and cooldowns on AD champions in the top lane as a counterpick which has increased since the introduction of Conqueror for AD bruisers. She uses the new manaflow band extremely well. Her Mantra + Q combo is her main poke ability and deals a ton of damage. She has a good advantage because most top laners are melee so she can abuse the fact that she is ranged. She does an insane amount of damage early into the game. She has a tetherred ability to setup kills and ganks by stunning them which is very crucial in toplane being the easiest gankable lane and preferred to be ganked by junglers. And since games are getting over pretty quickly, you aren’t running over scaling issues with her and can maintain your lead without worrying of becoming useless as game progresses since you should be able to close the game with a nice team.

Mid lane Tier list

Final Words:

This analysis on the few top lane champions was made to help you understand what makes them meta in the current state of the game. We hope you were able to learn a new fact or tactic from this and are able to apply them in your games by picking these champions and having a great time climbing. Thank you for reading and have a great day!.

Support Tier List | Patch 11.4 | League of Legends

February 24, 2021 By loltierlist

In this review, let’s find out what makes a few of these support champions so good picks in the current meta and why they are held in their respective position in their tiers. Here is the list we will be using today from our main site,  tier list league of legends.

Support tier list is one of the five positions you can play in League of Legends. The support exists to help and aid the entire team and assist them in their goals such as providing help in team fights, helping the jungler in skirmishes, warding the bushes and other locations to provide vision of that area to avoid unpredictable ganks by the enemy team or to know the position of the enemy team so your team can adjust accordingly. That being said, the support stays with the ADC for the entirety of the laning phase unless they see a chance to help out other lanes by roaming while the ADC plays in a passive state. Support’s main goal is to help in boosting the respective laner’s dominance of their lane in early game so that can be by trying to catch and kill the enemy opponent. They provide a lot of vision and help through their abilities later in the game be it CC or shields.

Support LOL Tier List

The support tier list shown below includes the current supports which are in a good position and can do a great amount of impact in your games based on their tier mentioned below. You can check out the main page for tier lists on other roles to know what champions are dominating in other lanes like Mid lane and ADC and potentially learn the meta of all the lanes to synergize with your support pick.

S Tier

Alistar, Soraka, Zilean, Janna, Leona, Lulu, Seraphine, Thresh, Bard, Rell

A Tier

Galio, Morgana, Shaco, Sona, Swain, Blitzcrank, Maokai, Brand, Pantheon, Lux, Nautilus, Zyra, Senna, Nami, Yuumi

B Tier

Annie, Karma, Taric, Shen, Xerath, Vel’koz, Braum, Rakan, Pyke

Support Tier 1 Champions

Here we discuss on the best support picks of patch 11.4 and what is the reason for their position in the tier.

Nami

Nami is a great pick for Solo Queue because even though she is one of your typical caster supports, she has a lot of tools in her kit. That make her stand out a bit. The fact that she has a lot of Crowd Control built into her kit compared to other caster supports like Janna or Lulu or Soraka makes her different to these other picks. Another fact that makes Nami a good pick is that she has a really strong laning phase, not only because she can poke enemies down with her W but she also provides sustain in the same ability. On top of all that, there are a lot of tank junglers and tank top laners in the meta right now and Nami synergizes extremely well with all these champions and has a follow up engage built into her kit, another thing to note about Nami is that all of her abilities are very clear and very obvious animations so it can be fairly easy to get out of the way of them coming from the enemy’s perspective but the reason we call them follow up abilities is because after your tanks have already engaged then there is a very high chance that these abilities will land and will make them very effective.

Best ADC List

Janna

Janna is one of the easiest support picks to play and execute with, which makes it so that many players can pick her and play her in a top-notch level instantly. She is a safe pick as she doesn’t get banned all that often and people who have been auto-filled to support and don’t know what to pick can choose Janna blindfolded. And to talk about her safety, you can play very far back from the place of action and still have a large impact on the game, she has the peel in the game combined with her tornado knockup. She is played by a lot of people for the reasons stated above and has such a high playrate and also is able to achieve one of the highest winrates in the game. We are really surprised that Riot hasn’t tried to change this level of dominance because typically this means that a champion is in a really good state and should be adjusted.

Gragas

Gragas support is so good right now, especially if you go semi-damage. He really hurts now because of the buffs he got. Riot gave him a lower cooldown on his W and also gains some bonus range and a little while ago he also got his AP ratios buffed meaning he would do more damage now. Gragas is a monster frontline, an engager and kind of a damage support as well that is going to work a lot like an Alistar. Your belly is going to be your engage, you have your awesome follow-up damage with your barrels and your allies and with aftershock and the damage reduction from W, you aren’t going to be instantly blowing up either. Koreans also abuse Zeke’s Convergence with him massively. This item lets your AD Carry burn a target for 50% more damage which is insane when you think about it. It’s a crazy damage boost, you use your ultimate and you activate it, you’re in the middle of a fight, you’re semi tanky anyway and you have damage reduction and you and your AD Carry nuke them down. He’s also an amazing roaming champion with Mobi boots because he’s a fantastic engage tool. And this lets him run around the map alongside a more damage heavy jungler now because you’re playing support. Zeke’s Convergence and Locket of the Iron Solari are the standard build, you can go more AP oriented in your build if you want to. Aftershock is your keystone though, you kind of need defense in runes to survive whichever build you go. If you get ahead, you’re definitely going to do well, it is a kill lane remember. He’ll probably be played in the LCS very soon and then definitely get more popular after that.

Top Lane Tier

Support Tier 2 Champs

Let’s discuss on the support picks that are in a good spot to play in the patch 11.4 and as good as S tier but clearly not the best or not as popular as the above.

Rakan

Rakan received a few buffs back in 11.4. These buffs were different from what we used to see previously on Rakan. Normally Riot plays around the numbers of the cooldown of the abilities or the CC duration and then in 11.4 we see quite some changes to his AP ratios. So this means he is going to be doing now a little bit more damage and initially when we went through these changes, we believed they wouldn’t do too much of a difference because it’s mostly the CC nerfs from last season that have been hurting him and not really his damage. But to our surprise, his winrate has gone up quite a bit. Rakan is such a great champion because he has everything he could possibly want in a support. He has a long range engage, he has heals, he has shields, sustain, decent laning phase if you’re able to play him correctly. He also has really good scalings into the late game. Rakan also received a several changes that made him quite viable without Xayah. In previous patches, it has always been Rakan needed Xayah more than Xayah needed Rakan, but now that they have increased the range to normal allies by a bit for him to jump to, it has definitely put him in a better state.

Jungle Tier List

Taric

Taric was probably the best support pick around six months back, but since then, tanky supports have taken quite a hit and thus placing him in A tier. However Taric is a caster support in disguise, he isn’t reliant on building the super tanky items that Leona or Alistar would be extremely reliant on. He can go for the options that champions like Soraka would build, like he could go for an early ardent censer and get away with it and the reason that this works is because he has so many heals and shields in his kit. So even though Ardent Censer isn’t the oppressive item that it was last season, when you are playing a champion like Taric who has so many heals and shields, it makes it a really good item because of its constant procs. Building these items like Ardent Censer or Redemption won’t make you extremely squishy and you could go ahead for the tankier items like Knight’s vow further into the game, and you’ll still do fine as Taric has good amount of base stats making him tanky enough. Another reason why Taric is such a good pick right now is because of his ultimate, he has one of the best and strongest ultimate abilities a support has. It is such a great ability if used probably, and does require some practice to use it to it’s complete potential.

Mid Tier

Support Tier 3 Champs

Let’s have a look at a support champ that are in a fine state to play and can do extremely well but other choices mentioned above are just easier to cause the same impact with.

Karma

Karma uses the new iteration of manaflow band so ridiculously well. She bullies lanes very well with her Mantra + Q combo. And since tank supports have been nerfed and hit quite hard, and since snowballing in lane and taking turrets and roaming to other lanes is in the premium right now, she gurantees that you win every range vs range matchup. She just does an insane amount of damage. She has a snare to setup kills and ganks. And se also synergizes with the current meta ADCs which are poke based like Jhin, Caitlyn, Ashe, Varus and people have started picking up Kai’sa so Karma does really well against Kai’sa since Kai’sa is short ranged and Karma can poke her down pretty hard. And since games are over pretty quickly, you aren’t running over scaling issues so Athene’s Holy Grail is a good item to be picked on her as well as it synergizes great with her as she’s cycling through all of her spells. But she is definitely being overpowered by other support champion picks only for the core fact that they synergize better and do what Karma does even better.

Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks support is the number one winrate support so far in patch 11.4 and for a really good reason. So many people are playing Morgana as support right now and she is such an annoying champion, and Fiddlesticks is the go-to Korean counter. It mostly comes down to you being able to nuke her shield with your E and then instantly fear afterwards which is amazing and a massive screw-up to anything she wants to do. You’ve got good harass in lane. Your fear is dumb, and silence is dumber and your ultimate helps securing more kills as well. And you’re definitely not the best later into the game but very good in lane and for early fights. You take aery for the poke and chuck your E around all game, you get Zhonya’s you peel with your fear for your AD Carry and it’s surprisingly very good. It’s not a dive-into-the-backline sort of pick but your fear is such a good protection tool for your AD Carry to nuke them down with you. Ofcourse, consider picking up Mobility Boots, so you can run around like a madman and have more impact and presence around the map. We recommend you trying this out if you are laning against Morgana as a support or if you are looking for something more aggressive and something pokey and harassing.

Top ADC Tier list

Final Words:

Hope you enjoyed going through this analysis on the support role’s current meta picks. There is not much variety in terms of the types of supports but internally there are a good amount of caster and enchanter supports which are in a strong position. Pick them up and do well easily in your games! This review was made for you to understand why they are in such a strong position at the moment. Hope it made sense to you and helps you understand the reasoning behind some of our picks in the support tierlist. Thank you for reading and have a great day!
